Chef Michelle Cerneant
“Shelly” Cerneant and Ty Taube earned a Michelin star for
their restaurant at the Applewood Inn. She started her journey into food as an
anthropology student, studying ethno-botany. This team specializes in locally
sourced food, and Cerneant maintains an herb garden just off the kitchen for
immediately fresh ingredients.
