Chef Cat Cora
Cat Cora is an Iron Chef on Iron Chef America, has written
several cookbooks, and had a business plan to open her own restaurant when she
was only 15. Her southern roots are influenced by Greek heritage, and that’s
reflected in her cookbook, Cat Cora’s Kitchen. She is the president and founder
of Chefs for Humanity, a not-for-profit that raises funds and resources for
hunger-related causes, and UNICEF named her a nutritional spokesperson to help
raise awareness for global humanitarian crises.

March 24th is Chocolate Covered Raisins Day. I like to experiment with recipes, trying different things with old favorites. Have you ever considered using chocolate covered raisins in your oatmeal cookies, instead of plain raisins? Try it! (So good!)
