Chef Dominique Crenn
Dominique Crenn holds a 2-star Michelin rating for Atelier Crenn. She was born in France where her family imbued a love of good food in
her. She traveled extensively through Europe before college, learning many
cultural cooking techniques along the way. She started her formal chef’s
training in San Francisco, where she established an extensive resumé, before
becoming the first ever female executive chef in Indonesia. She returned to
California and received several awards before opening Ateller Crenn.

March 11th is Oatmeal Nut Waffles Day. Oatmeal can be added to lots of recipes that use flour. Just whiz the oats in your food processor until it's the consistency of whole wheat flour. Experiment with it in your recipes!
