National Baked Scallops Day - Mar.12th; Christine Tosi

Christine Tosi is the owner/founder/chef of the MomofukuMilk Bar, and helped earn Momofuku Ko a two-star Michelin rating with her desserts. In 2012, she received the James Beard Rising Star Chef Award. She co-wrote the cookbook Momofuku Milk Bar with David Chang (the creator of the Momofuku group of restaurants).
